For over 25 years the Franklin Forum has been an important resource for development professionals of all experience levels to advance their fundraising skills. With its multitude of workshops led by leading fundraisers from throughout our region and country, the event is widely recognized as a unique opportunity for non-profit organizations of all sizes to offer invaluable training to their staff members and volunteers.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, can a good idea be worth a million dollars? The answer is yes! This year, we hope that you will find more than just one GREAT idea to help advance your organization’s mission and fundraising efforts.

This year’s Franklin Forum features one of our most diverse speaker lineups in the 27-year history of the event. We have added sessions in new subject areas that have not been presented at past Forums: Fundraising for communities of color, telethons, stewardship, and a lunchtime professional development session called ‘Schmoozing 101.’ Our speakers and your colleagues will be sharing ideas, perhaps one GREAT idea, that can help take your organization’s development program to the next level.

Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned veteran, this year’s lineup provides the best and most diverse session lineup that we have ever featured at the Franklin Forum. We hope that (at least) ONE GREAT IDEA from this year’s forum will change your organization forever.

Scholarships
Franklin Forum partial scholarships are available. Applicants should be employed as fundraising professionals with one to 10 years of experience. Awards will be based on organizational need and career potential. Only one scholarship will be awarded per organization. To download a scholarship application, Click Here. Applications are due by March 25, 2010.
