PPRA Annual Meeting Kicks Off 65^th Anniversary Year

In what are no doubt challenging times for our profession, what better way to acknowledge PPRA's strength and lasting power than to commemorate its 65th Anniversary?

With the beginning of the 2009-2010 programming year, PPRA — the oldest and largest independent PR organization in the country — kicks off a year-long celebration for this important milestone and, more importantly, the people who have made and continue to make its success possible.  We’ll commemorate our proud history, look toward our promising future, and celebrate what has made PPRA thrive since 1945 … you.  Our diverse, outstanding membership.

Join us at PPRA’s 2009 Annual Meeting for the premiere of our 65^th Anniversary video project, the launch of the new, interactive PPRA Web site, and much more.  We’ll also induct PPRA’s 2009-2010 president, Bill Cowen, and the incoming board of directors.  The 33rd Floor of the Loews Hotel will offer guests a beautiful view of the city we have been in love with since 1945.
