Judges

Donna Eacho is a former Vice President of The First National Bank of Chicago. She returns as a NCBEA judge this year after returning from four years serving as the wife of the U.S. Ambassador to Austria. Ms. Eacho has served on numerous civic, artistic and educational boards.

Susan Koch currently is Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Evidera, an international pharmaceutical research firm based in Bethesda.  In addition to HR, Ms. Koch oversees Global Compliance and is responsible for all ethics training and oversight.  She held a senior HR position for 2004 NCBEA recipient Datatel, now Ellucian of Fair Lakes, VA.  Ms. Koch has served as an NCBEA judge for four years, and as NCBEA’s co-chair for three years as well.   She has undergraduate and advanced degrees from Trinity University, the University of Hawaii and American University. 

Nancy Prendergast is a former Deputy Assistant Counsel, Office of the Ombudsman for BP. She has served as American Legal Counsel for Banco de Chile in Santiago and as Assistant Counsel for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York City.
